SPAREBANK 1 SØR-NORGE ASA; EMPLOYEE SHARE SAVINGS PROGRAMME/BUYBACK PROGRAMME
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 20 January 2025 regarding the employee share savings program of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge. CFO, Eirik Børve Monsen, has subscribed to the program from July to December 2025, for a total of NOK 30,000 over a 6-month period. The number of shares allocated to each primary insider under the savings program will be disclosed at the time of resale of the shares to the employees.
