Subject:Nomination of a candidate for a member of theSupervisory Board

The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw("Company"), informs that on June 13, 2025, it received from theshareholder of the Company, Active Ownership Fund SICAV-FIS SCS, anapplication by Mr. Paul Schempp as a candidate for Member of theSupervisory Board of the Company. The application was submitted inconnection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened forJune 18, 2025 and agenda providing for the adoption of a resolution onthe election of Member of the Supervisory Board. The application wasaccompanied by the candidate's biographical information (BIO) and astatement, both of which are attached to this report to allow othershareholders to review the materials in advance of the AGM.
