Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified of the following transactions undertaken by John-Paul Savant, a director / person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') and his wife Samantha Savant, a person closely associated ('PCA') in the ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of Company on 12 June 2025. The PCA has transferred shares held in her sole name to an account held solely by the PDMR. Following these transactions John-Paul Savant's total interest in the Company's shares (including those held jointly with his wife) continues to be 2,573,631 ordinary shares.
