Enento Group Plc (“Enento”) has on 13 June 2025 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Otava Ltd (Business ID 0822255-6) has exceeded the threshold of 25 percent on 13 June 2025.  

  

The holdings of Otava Ltd in Enento amounted to 6,278,549 shares, corresponding to 26.492 percent of Enento’s total shares.
