Notification of transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") or persons closely associated with them ("PCA")

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares") involving one of its directors, Mathew Masters.

On 12 June 2025, 3,870 Shares were transferred to Mr Masters under the Caledonia Investments 2020 Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") at nil cost. The Shares were sourced from The Caledonia Investments plc Employee Share Trust ("EST").

On the same date, Mr Masters sold 3,870 Shares back to the EST. All Shares were sold at 3780p per Share. 

Following the above transactions, Mr Masters' total interests in Shares are as follows:
