Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A., based in Bydgoszcz, Poland(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or the "Issuer"), herebyinforms that on June 12, 2025, Gemini Grupe UAB, a shareholder of theCompany, holding 49.97% of the Company's shares and votes at the GeneralMeeting of Shareholders, in connection with the inclusion in the agendaof the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company convenedfor June 30, 2025 of an item concerning changes in the composition ofthe Supervisory Board, submitted the following candidates for Members ofthe Supervisory Board of the Company:

1. Paweł Moskwa

Legal counsel, Partner at the law firm MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj andPartners. He has more than 20 years of professional experience,including as a Partner in the law firms of Soltysinski Kawecki _ Szlęzakand Deloitte Legal. He specializes in corporate law, litigation andlegal advice for business. He studied law at the University of Warsaw,Stockholm University and South Carolina State University.

2. Zuzanna Grochowska

Legal counsel, Partner at MJH Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj i Wspólnicy lawfirm. Specializes in corporate law and M_A transactions. Previously, fornearly 8 years, she was associated with Deloitte Legal, where sheserved, among others, as Head of Legal in Wroclaw. She also gainedexperience in the area of tax consulting. She graduated from the Facultyof Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. She completedpostgraduate studies in bankruptcy law, compliance and capital marketlaw and economics.

3. Leszek Małecki

Legal counsel, Managing Partner at Małecki Legal. He has over 15 yearsof experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and privateequity. Previously associated with, among others, the law firmSoltysinski Kawecki _ Szlęzak, where he served as Senior Counsel. Healso worked as General Counsel at Brand New Galaxy and served asecondment at Gowling WLG in London. He graduated from the Faculty ofLaw at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He also completedpostgraduate studies in capital markets at the Warsaw School ofEconomics , as well as courses in intellectual property law and Englishand EU law.

The Company informs that the candidates have agreed to stand forelection to the Company's Supervisory Board.
