INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY') - DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS - CORRECTION
The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on June 12, 2025, at 16:24 under RNS number: 6578M
In relation to the shares acquired by Timothy Thompson on June 11, 2025, the number of shares purchased was incorrectly stated due to administrative error and has been corrected from 1,925 to 3,850.
As at the date of this announcement, Juliet Thompson has an interest in 9,625 shares in the Company.
All other details remain unchanged.

INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that it received notification on June 12, 2025 that Juliet Thompson, a Non-Executive Director ('NED') of the Company, acquired a total of 1,925 Ordinary Shares of US$0.50 each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of $13.88 per share on June 11, 2025.
The Company further announces that it also received notification on June 12, 2025 that Timothy Thompson, a person closely associated with Juliet Thompson, purchased a total of 3,850 Shares at a price of $13.88 per share on June 11, 2025 .
These purchases were made pursuant to the NED Share Program that was implemented as part of the Directors' Remuneration Policy approved at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
Following this transaction, Juliet Thompson has an interest in 9,625 shares in the Company.
