The following amendments have been made to the 'PDMR shareholding' announcement released on 10 June 2025 at 18:30 under RNS No 2861M

The correction made confirms that Amit McCann sold 2,124 Ordinary Shares and Jenny McCann sold 1,575 Ordinary Shares, as opposed to the other way round. The combined number of Ordinary Shares sold by the PDMR and PCA remain unchanged.

All other details remain unchanged.
