Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the "Company") announces that on 12.06.2025 it purchased 3,000 own shares for a total amount of €6,277.50 at an average €2.0925 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 212,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.14% of its total shares outstanding.
