Subject: Information on constituent Supervisory Board meeting held (Inside information)

Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, Stancija Kaligari 1, personal identification number (PIN): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company), hereby informs that the first constituent Supervisory Board meeting in the new term was held yesterday on June 12, 2025.

The Supervisory Board members which were elected on General Assembly held on June 12, 2025, and the Supervisory Board member appointed by the Labour Council on May 12, 2025, all for a 4-year term period starting on June 16, 2025, elected the Chairman and Deputy Chairmen of the Supervisory Board. According to the above mentioned, the Supervisory Board in the new 4-year term will consist of the following members: Mr. Franz Lanschützer, the Chairman, Mr. Daniel Goldscheider and Mr. Mladen Markoč, Deputy Chairmen, Members: Mr. Georg Eltz, Mr. Boris Galić, MS Gudrun Kuffner, MS Petra Stolba, Mr. Gustav Wurmböck and Mr. Ivan Ergović, as the workers' representative.

All newly elected members of the Supervisory Board have held these positions during the previous term.
