Announcement Regarding Business Developments – Reservation Agreements Signing

ORILINA PROPERTIES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, as currently in effect, announces the execution of a Reservation Agreement for a residence within its flagship development project, "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma", located at the Agios Kosmas Marina Residential Complex.

The agreement pertains to the sale of the thirteenth residence for a total consideration of €7,200,000.

To date, Reservation Agreements have been executed for 13 out of the 20 residences, representing a total consideration of €69,220,625.

Sale proceeds reinforce the strong investor interest and commercial appeal of the Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma, which continues to stand out for its distinct architectural character and exceptional quality standards.
