Statement
Milan – Further to the statements issued by the Board of Directors of Generali on 28 April 2025 and 22 May 2025 regarding the public exchange offer for all shares of Banca Generali by Mediobanca, Generali confirms that it has started the process aimed at duly evaluating the proposal made by Mediobanca, in full accordance with Generali's related party transaction procedure.
Generali also confirms that it would evaluate the business, economic and value implications of the proposed offer, which would establish a partnership with a valuable leader in Wealth Management.
