NEWSPAPER NOTICE REGARDING FISCAL YEAR DIVIDEND 2024

Forlì, June 12, 2025 – Pursuant to Article 84 of the Issuers' Regulation, below is the text of the notice to be published on June 13, 2025 in the newspaper "Milano Finanza", regarding the payment of the dividend approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on May 13, 2025.
