UPDATED FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2025

Ble Kedros Reic announces the updated financial calendar for the year 2025 in accordance with article 4 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and Resolution 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Exchange, as follows:

30.04.2025: Announcement and publication of full year 2024 financial results after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session.

30.04.2025: Annual Financial Report of the year 2024 after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session.

09.09.2025: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

30.09.2025: Announcement of 2025 half year financial results after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session

03.11.2025: Ex-Dividend date.*

04.11.2025: Dividend Beneficiaries (Record Date).*

07.11.2025: Date of commencement of dividend payment through Optima Bank SA.*

*Above dates regarding distribution of Dividend are subject to the approval of AOGM.

The Company clarifies that the financial results will be published on the website of the Company (www.blekedros.com) and the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr).

Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following timely notification to the public.
