Telekom Slovenije, d.d., provides explanations related to claims in the Finance newspaper of 10 June 2025

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

In connection with the claims from the article titled Nova tožba zoper Telekom: RUNE ga toži za 86 milijonov (A New Lawsuit Against Telekom: RUNE Is Suing for 86 million) Telekom Slovenije, d.d., explains that in both lawsuits, namely the lawsuit from A1 Slovenija, d.d., and the lawsuit from Rune Enia, d.o.o., it notified the public on the same date they were served by the court.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
