To address questions fromStakeholders and to ensure greater transparency of marketcommunications, on 11June 2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A.["JSW", "Company"] decided to expand the Company's communications toinclude selected quarterly and annual targets set out in the 2025Technical and Economic Plan ["TEP", "Plan"], which are presented in anappendix to this current report.
