To address questions fromStakeholders and to ensure greater transparency of communication withthe market, on 11 June2025, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW","Company"] decided to expand the Company's communications to include thepublication of data on the achievement of the Technical and EconomicPlan targets for the months of April and May 2025, which are presentedin the appendix to this current report.
