The Board of the Company has entered into a loan agreement for €50,000 to provide additional working capital to the Company. The loan bears an interest rate of 12 per cent. per annum, with no fees payable on disbursement or repayment and is repayable in 12 months and it has the same terms as the shareholder loans received by the Company to date. Although this loan is not from a shareholder, when combined with the shareholder loans announced previously, all of the loans total up to approximately €3.95 million in aggregate (the "Loans"). As previously notified, the Company's intention is to repay all Loans from the proceeds of the sale of Company assets. As previously announced, collateral in the form of security over certain Company assets will be put in place using normal commercial terms which will exceed the aggregate value of all of the Loans.

Appointment of Alternate Director

Mr Alexios Anastasiou has been appointed as an Alternate Director to Nicholas Paris in order to attend meetings of the DCI directors if he is unable to do so. He is based in Athens and has been closely involved in advising DCI on the development of The Kilada Hills Golf Resort for a number of years.
