# **Edil San Felice Secures New €7.5 Million Contract from ANAS for Ordinary Maintenance Work**

# **Value of the order in 2025 Rise to €55.5 Million**

**Naples, June 11, 2025** – *Edil San Felice S.p.A. Società Benefit* ("the Company" or "Edil San Felice") – a leading integrated operator active in the maintenance of critical infrastructure in Italy and listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has been awarded a new contract by ANAS worth €7,500,000 for ordinary maintenance work in the Campania region.

The award specifically concerns Lot 7 of the three-year framework agreement for scheduled road maintenance works, which is divided into 16 lots.

Edil San Felice will be responsible for interventions aimed at improving road safety and upgrading the road axis and its intersections. The works will also include the stabilization of embankments and slopes using techniques such as reinforced and mechanically stabilized earth. Furthermore, support structures and repairs to damaged road surfaces will be carried out.

With this contract, Edil San Felice's total awarded contracts in 2025 exceed €55.5 million, mainly driven by highway maintenance work, which continues to be a highly strategic area of business for the Company's growth path.
