Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Pryme N.V. ("**Pryme**" or the "**Company**") on 28 May 2025 regarding the publication of a prospectus (the "**Prospectus**") in connection with a subsequent offering of up to 1,233,208 new shares in the Company (the "**Subsequent Offering**").

In the Prospectus, it was noted that the testing and production program of Pryme One had been paused, with expectations to resume testing and limited production in the first half of June 2025. Since then, the Company has encountered delays caused by issues with a component in the reactor system. These issues have not yet been resolved, but the testing program and limited production are currently expected to restart by 23 June 2025.

The Company has prepared a national prospectus supplement (the "**Prospectus Supplement**") to the Prospectus, which is expected to be registered on or about 12 June 2025.
