By having acquired the remaining minority stakes, PETROL d.d., Ljubljana now holds 99.8057% stake in GEOPLIN d.o.o. Ljubljana. The remaining 0.1943% is GEOPLIN d.o.o. Ljubljana’s own stake. PETROL d.d., Ljubljana has thus become the sole owner of GEOPLIN d.o.o. Ljubljana and the holder of 100% voting rights.
