Telekom Slovenije, d.d. receives lawsuit from Rune Enia d.o.o.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has been notified by the District Court in Ljubljana of a lawsuit filed by Rune Enia d.o.o., seeking damages totalling EUR 86,237,329.00 plus interest and other charges for an alleged abuse of a dominant position in the wholesale broadband access market in the Republic of Slovenia.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will keep shareholders and the public informed of any further developments in this matter.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
