B.P. Marsh (AIM: BPM), the specialist investor in early-stage financial services businesses, announces that it has been notified that Mrs. Francesca Chappell, Chief Finance Officer, has traded in the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mrs. Francesca Chappell purchased 764 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 652.4p per share, or an aggregate of £4984.34, on 10 June 2025. Mrs. Chappell now has a beneficial interest in 1,961 Ordinary Shares, together with a beneficial interest in 16,788 Ordinary Shares held in the Company's SIP Trust, representing in aggregate approximately 0.05% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Additionally, Mrs. Chappell has options over 200,000 Ordinary Shares as part of the Company's Share Option Plan announced on 27 March 2025 and a beneficial interest (as a joint owner alongside JTC Employer Solutions Trustee) over 42,354 Ordinary Shares as part of the Company's Joint Share Ownership Plan.
