Report Content The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: "the Company","the Issuer") informs that on June 9th, 2025, it decided to change theschedule of work on the Real Boxing 3 game (hereinafter: "the Game","the Title").

The decision was made due to the unsatisfactory results of themonetization indicators obtained by the Game in the next stage of thesoft-launch phase. These parameters significantly deviated from theassumptions made by the Issuer, necessitating a strategic review of theproject.

As a result, the Company's Management Board reorganized the teamresponsible for developing the Game and initiated the process ofrevising the key design assumptions and product roadmap. The goal ofthese actions is to improve the quality of the Title and achieve targetperformance indicators in the future. According to the ManagementBoard's assessment as of the date of this report, there is a reasonablerisk that the Game's release will not take place in 2025.

The Issuer will report on any significant decisions regarding thefurther development of the Game in subsequent periodic reports andseparate current communications, following the applicable legalregulations, as well as through press releases.
