Relais Group Plc has completed the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Team Verksted Holding AS

Relais Group Plc announced on 29 April 2025 that it had agreed to acquire 100
percent of the shares in Team Verksted Holding AS. Through the acquisition,
Relais Group would become the biggest operator of independent commercial vehicle
workshop chains in the Nordic Region.

Relais Group has today on 10 June 2025 completed the acquisition. Team Verksted
Holding will be reported as part of the Relais Group as of 1 June 2025. Team
Verksted Holding AS, and its wholly owned subsidiaries Team Verksted AS and
Lastvagnsdelar AS, will be reported as part of Relais Group's Scandinavia
segment.
