Siena, 6th June 2025 - Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena would like to clarify that today's decision of preliminary investigations Judge does not generate any impact on the Bank.
As known, the NPL proceedings have led so far to 18 positive civil judgements in favor of Banca MPS, which has in any event always adopted, as in this case, conservative accounting policies.
