DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 24 JUNE 2025

ERRATA CORRIGE - Milan, 6 June 2025 – With reference to the documentation made available on 3 June 2025 in view of the Shareholders' Meeting of 24 June 2025, we inform you that starting from today an amended version of the "Report on the remuneration policy for 2025 and on compensation paid in 2024" is available. The changes specifically concern the cover, the graphic design and the replacement of a photo on page 2 in both the Italian and English versions.
