Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The Company announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to an offer for subscription for up to £10 million (together with an over-allotment facility of up to a further 10 million) of new ordinary shares in the Company, which the Company announced on 8 November 2024 (the "Offer").
A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus together with the prospectus (containing details of the Offer) are also available free of charge from the offices of the Company's investment manager, Praetura Ventures Limited, at Level 8, Bauhaus, 27 Quay St, Manchester, England, M3 3GY and the Company's website: https://www.praeturainvestments.co.uk.
