Share Buy Back

Geiger Counter Limited announces that on 5 June 2025, it purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 39.387 pence per Ordinary Share.

All Ordinary Shares repurchased by the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in Treasury. In total, since the Annual General Meeting on 5 March 2025 the Company has repurchased 13,081,960 Ordinary Shares.

Following the purchase, the Company has 120,447,742 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus 32,226,507 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
