LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA – Successfully completed bond buy-back

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice sent 4 June 2025. In conjunction with the EUR 100 million new bond issue; LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) has bought back approximately EUR 47 million of LINK01 (ISIN: NO0010911506) (“LINK01”) due 15 December 2025. Following settlement of the new bond issue, LINK will call the remaining net outstanding LINK01 in whole at the prevailing call price.
