Further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 January 2025 on 7 May 2025, 1Spatial (AIM: SPA) confirms that the annual report and accounts, together with Notice of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy of them and are available to download from the Company's website at www.1spatial.com .

The AGM is to be held at 11.00am on 7 July 2025 at the offices of Panmure Liberum Capital Limited, Ropemaker Place, Level 12, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY.
