Report Content Decision to reduce the development teamdedicated to the production of project BifrostWithreference to the current report no. 16/2025 dated 1 June 2025 regardingsuspension of development works on project Bifrost, the Management Boardof PCF Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")informs that on 4 June 2025 it decided to reduce the development teamdedicated to the production of project Bifrost, developed by the capitalgroup of the Company (the "Group") in a self-publishing model, i.e. bythe Group as publisher, with the Group's own funds.
As a consequence of the above decision:
over 50 people were subject to a redundancy;
other people were offered transfers to work on other projects carriedout by the Group.
If any new information about project Bifrost emerges, it will bedisclosed by the Company in separate current reports, in accordance withapplicable law.
