Announcement – Purchase of Own Shares – Completion of the Share Buyback Program [20.5.2025]

Following the announcement of 2.8.2024, Alpha Services & Holdings (the "Company") announces that during the period between 12.5.2025 and 13.5.2025, it purchased 423,533 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 2.5372 per share and a total cost of € 1,074,571.40 as part of its Share buyback Program approved and amended by the 27 July 2023 and 24 July 7.2024 ordinary Shareholders General Meetings and following the 1 August 2024 decision of its Board of Directors.

The above-mentioned purchases are analyzed as follows:

Following the abovementioned purchases and the allocation of 3,288,994 own shares to the beneficiaries, in connection with the vesting period of May 2025, as announced on 7 May 2025, the Company announces that:

(a) it now holds a total of 38,550,720 own shares, representing 1.637% of its total share capital and

(b) the share repurchases under the Share Buyback Program as approved and subsequently amended by the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meetings held on 27 July 2023 and 24 July 2024, has been completed.
