## **IL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE AVVIA IL PIANO DI ACQUISTO E DISPOSIZIONE DI AZIONI PROPRIE**

*Carrara, 3 giugno 2025* - Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di **Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A. (la "Società" o "FUM"),** riunitosi in data 13 maggio 2025, ha deliberato di dare **avvio al programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie** in esecuzione e nel rispetto dell'autorizzazione conferitagli dall'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti in data 29 aprile 2025.

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha deliberato, inoltre, di nominare Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. come intermediario incaricato dell'esecuzione dell'operatività, a partire dalla data odierna.

## **THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS INTRODUCED A TREASURY SHARE PURCHASE AND DISPOSAL PLAN**

*Carrara, June 3, 2025* - The Board of Directors of **Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A. (the "Company" or "FUM"),** meeting on May 13, 2025, resolved to **initiate the plan for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares** in execution of and in compliance with the authorization granted by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2025.

The Board of Directors also resolved to appoint Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. as the intermediary responsible for carrying out the operations, starting from today.

The Company covers all phases of the production and distribution process, thus guaranteeing the absolute quality of the product, whether it is slabs or entire blocks.
