Digia Plc announced on 8 May 2025 the signing of an agreement under which Digia
Plc will acquire the entire share capital of Savangard Sp. z o. o. The closing
conditions of the acquisition have been fulfilled today, and the ownership of
Savangard Sp. z o. o. has been transferred to Digia as of 3 June 2025.

The acquisition is part of Digia's long-term profitable growth strategy and
geographical expansion of the market area. Our vision is to be a Northern
European Integration Powerhouse - a significant provider of integration and API
services in Northern Europe.
