Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire warrants

Key personnel at the Byggmax Group acquire 380,000 warrants under the recently decided 2025/2028 incentive program.

The Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2025 resolved in favor of an incentive program, comprising a private placement of warrants to the subsidiary Byggmax AB, for onward assignment at market value to key individuals at the Byggmax Group. Each warrant entitles the holder during any of the periods (1) from August 17, 2028 until August 31, 2028, (2) from the time of the company's announcement of its interim report for the period January – September 2028 until the day that falls fourteen days thereafter and (3) from December 1, 2028 until December 15, 2028, to subscribe for one (1) new share in Byggmax Group AB at a subscription price of SEK 56.30. The resolution states that seven key individuals at the Byggmax Group will have the opportunity to acquire up to a total of 440,000 warrants.

Assignment of 380,000 warrants to participants in the incentive program has now been completed.
