Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated ("PCAs")

The Company announces that the following transactions, in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), were carried out on 30 May 2025.

Alex Whitehouse, Chief Executive Office, sold 9,595 Shares, at a price of 209p per Share, and purchased 9,488 Shares, at a price of 209.25p per Share. He then transferred 9,595 Shares to Alison Hunt, PCA to Alex Whitehouse , for nil consideration.

Alison Hunt, PCA to Alex Whitehouse, sold 9,595 Shares, at a price of 209p per Share, and purchased 9,487 Shares, at a price of 209.25p per Share.

Duncan Leggett, Chief Financial Officer, sold 6,103 Shares, at a price of 209p per Share, and purchased 6,613 Shares, at a price of 209.25p per Share.

Richard Martin, Chief Customer Officer, sold 6,103 Shares, at a price of 209p per Share, and purchased 6,051 Shares, at a price of 209.25p per Share. He then transferred 9,078 Shares to Joanne Martin, PCA to Richard Martin , for nil consideration.

Joanne Martin, PCA to Richard Martin, sold 9,593 Shares, at a price of 209p per Share, and purchased 9,487 Shares, at a price of 209.25p per Share.
