Transaction in Own Shares and TVR

The Company announces that on the 30 May 2025, it purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each for cancellation at a price of 3800.00 pence per share.

Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,187,249 Ordinary shares with voting rights.

The above figure of 13,187,249 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
