The Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc

The annual general meeting of the public company "The Mall of Cyprus (MC) Plc" (the "Company") was held on the 2 nd day of June 2025.

At the meeting the following resolutions were made:

1. The audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, together with the reports of the directors and auditors thereon, be received and approved.
1. Messrs. Deloitte Ltd be re-appointed as the auditors of the Company until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company at which accounts are laid before the members and that the directors of the Company be authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors as they deem fit.
1. Mr. Martin Olivier, be re-elected to the office of director of the Company.
1. Mr. John George Mavrokordatos, be re-elected to the office of director of the Company.
1. Mr. Kypros Hadjistyllis, be appointed to the office of director of the Company.
1. The shareholders also fixed the remuneration of the directors.
