Report Content Change of publication date of annual reports of PGE Polska GrupaEnergetyczna S.A. for 2023

With reference to the current report no. 1/2024 of January 12, 2024, theManagement Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna ("PGE") discloses thatthe publication dates of annual reports are changed in such way that thestand-alone annual report of PGE for 2023 and consolidated annual reportof PGE Capital Group for 2023 will be published on April 4, 2024.

In addition, the Management Board of PGE discloses that "Consolidatedstatement of payments to the public administration for 2023" will bealso published on April 4, 2024.

Legal ground: § 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and on conditions under which suchinformation may be recognized as being equivalent to informationrequired by the regulations of law of a state which is not a memberstate (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
