Report Content Appointment of the Vice-President for Support and Development

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;PGE_quot;) discloses that on March 21, 2024 the Supervisory Boardof PGE adopted resolution on appointment of Mr. Robert Piotr Kowalski tothe Management Board of the twelfth term of office as from May 15, 2024and entrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Support andDevelopment.

Other information about the Management Board member, required pursuantto § 10 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which such information may berecognized as being equivalent to information required by theregulations of law of a state which is not a member state (DziennikUstaw of 2018, item 757), will be submitted by PGE in a separate report.
