Report Content Current Report No. 11/2024Date: 29 March 2024Topic:Delivery of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority's approval forchanges to the Exchange Management BoardLegal basis: Article56(1)(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodic informationContent:Furtherto Current Report No. 10/2024 of 27 March 2024, the Warsaw StockExchange ("Exchange", "GPW", "Company") announces that today the proxyof the GPW General Meeting, attorney Tomasz Walkiewicz, received onbehalf of the Company the decisions of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority ("KNF") announcing the approval of two changes in thecomposition of the Exchange Management Board:- a changeconsisting in the dismissal of Mr Marek Dietl, President of the GPWManagement Board, from the Management Board of the Company,- achange consisting in the appointment of Mr Tomasz Bardziłowski asPresident of the Exchange Management Board.Pursuant to Article127(1a) of the Code of Administrative Procedure, the above decisions arefinal and therefore enforceable, and the Exchange does not need to takeany additional actions consisting of an effective declaration on waivingthe right to appeal.This fulfils the conditions arising from:-Resolution No. 18 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of GPW of 5February 2024 on the dismissal of Mr Marek Dietl, President of the GPWManagement Board, from the Management Board of the Company,-Resolution No. 19 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of GPW of 5February 2024 on the appointment of Mr Tomasz Bardziłowski as Presidentof the GPW Management Board.Both resolutions come into forcetoday.Legal basis: § 5(4) and (5) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising asequivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
