(the"Company") discloses that on April 4, 2024 the Supervisory Board of theCompany has adopted a resolution on dismissal of Przemysław Kołodziejak,Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations. The SupervisoryBoard has not indicated the reason for the dismissal.
