(the"Company") discloses that on April 5, 2024 the Supervisory Board hasreceived a statement of Ms Renata Czech, appointed as the Vice-Presidentof the Management Board for Finance as from April 15, 2024 (currentreport no. 20/2024), on resignation from this position due to personalreasons.
