This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure Guidelines and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 and Article 15 of the Transparency Directive.

At 2 June 2025, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the EBT is 585,003 representing approximately 0.37% of the Company's total voting rights.

The Company's issued capital as at 2 June 2025 is 156,900,118 Ordinary Shares.  No Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury and all shares have equal voting rights. 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 156,900,118 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidelines and Transparency Rules.
