(_quot;Bank_quot;)hereby informs that on April 16, 2024, the Bank received from theShareholder - Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with itsregistered office in Warsaw ("Shareholder"), in connection with AnnualGeneral Meeting called in for April 26, 2024, submitting the candidatureof Mr. Artur Kucharski to the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
