Sławomir Panasiuk

Member of the KDPW Management Board since 2006, Vice-President since 2009. Vice-President of the Management Board of the clearing house KDPW_CCP since 2011.

He has overseen many projects aimed at raising the quality and range of post-trade services, adapting the Polish financial market to competition and international standards. Key achievements include: implementation of the kdpw_stream depository-clearing system, EU authorisation of the central counterparty clearing house KDPW_CCP, the launch of the OTC derivatives clearing service, the launch of the Trade Repository and its registration with ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority), the launch and international authorisation of the service of issuing Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI), the implementation of blockchain technology in KDPW.

Member of the GPW Benchmark Oversight Committee. Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Centrum Giełdowe.

He holds an M.Eng. from the Cybernetics Department at the Military University of Technology and a post-graduate degree in IT studies, he completed a PhD programme in Economic Science at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarre.
