("the Warsaw Stock Exchange", "GPW", "theExchange" or "the Company") announces that the GPW Supervisory Boardacting pursuant to Article 368 § 4 of the Code of Commercial Companiesand Partnerships in conjunction with § 20.3 of the Company's Articles ofAssociation and article 27.1 of the Act Of 29 July 2005 On Trading InFinancial Instruments, in connection with the conducted qualificationprocedure for the position of a Member of the Management Board of theWSE responsible for IT, decided at its meeting held on 23 April 2024 toappoint Mr Sławomir Panasiuk as Vice President of the ExchangeManagement Board. Vice President of the Management Board will beresponsible in particular for IT and technology. The aforementioneddecision shall take effect conditional on the approval of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority for the change on the ExchangeManagement Board.The CV of the newly appointed Vice President ofthe Management Board is attached hereto.According to thedeclaration submitted by Mr Sławomir Panasiuk, he conducts no activitycompetitive to GPW, has no interest in a competitive company as partnerin a partnership or civil partnership or as member of a body of acapital company and has no interest in any other competitive legalentity as member of its bodies. Furthermore, the newly appointed VicePresident of the Management Board has a clean record in the Bad DebtorRegistry maintained under the Act on the National Court Register.Legalbasis: § 5 (5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
