Pursuant to art. 5, item 4 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuersof securities and the terms governing recognition of informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent information,the Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska", "Company")informs about resignation of a supervising person.

On 24 April 2024 the Company received a resignation letter from MrJean-Michel Thibaud as Member of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polskawith the effect as of 30 April 2024. Mr Jean-Michel Thibaud resignationis a result of his decision to take up a new professional challengeoutside the Orange Group.
