Mr. Artur Chołody

Doctor of Economics, graduate of law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, completed legal counsel training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań with a successful exam obtaining the title of legal counsel, graduate of MBA studies at ZZL Franklin University Ohio/WSB Poznań, graduate of postgraduate studies in Management Psychology, NGO Management, Internet Entrepreneurship, and Methodology of Economic Sciences.

For nearly 20 years, he has been a partner in "Wielkopolska Grupa Prawnicza sp.k.", specializing in public procurement and providing services to companies applying for international public contracts. A member of the management boards of companies from the industrial sector, he successfully carried out the restructuring of "Fabryki Narzędzi Specjalnych spółka z o.o." company, laying the foundations for the construction of a Polish capital group in the tool industry.

He has many years of experience in supervising public entities, he was the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Zarząd Komunalnych Zasobów Lokalowych sp. z o.o." in Poznań, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej sp. z o.o." in Ostrzeszów and the Secretary of the Supervisory Board of "Oświetlenie Uliczne i Drogowe spółka z o.o." in Kalisz.

Mr. Radosław Grabowski

Professor, habilitated doctor of legal sciences, academic teacher, legal advisor, scientist specialist in constitutional and comparative law. Initially (since 1997) associated with the UMCS Branch in Rzeszów, currently with the University of Rzeszów, employed at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the University of Warsaw, currently heads the Department of Constitutional Law. Reviewer in habilitation and doctoral proceedings, supervisor of doctoral and master's theses.

In 2005, he obtained a doctoral degree at UMCS based on the dissertation The right to protection of life in the Polish constitutional law. In 2014, he obtained his habilitation at UMCS based on the dissertation Differentiation of amendment procedure as a criterion for the classification of constitutions of modern European states. In 2024, on the basis of proceedings conducted by the Council for Scientific Excellence, he received the title of professor based on his entire scientific achievements and the monograph Legal status of Polish national and state symbols.

Author, co-author, and editor of almost 200 scientific publications - monographs, collective studies, articles, reviews, and glosses. Expert and author of dozens of legal opinions for numerous central administration authorities, including the Sejm, the Senate, the President of the Republic of Poland, the Supreme Audit Office. An active participant in many national and international scientific projects, currently the manager of a project aimed at creating a publicly available Internet Service for Civic Education. Co-founder and scientific secretary of the Review of Constitutional Law magazine (100 points from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education).
